Shipping policy

Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary Economy shipping on all orders of $65 or more within the United States, with delivery in approximately five to eight business days. For orders below $65, Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00, with delivery in approximately three to four business days.

Each order is prepared and hand-finished in our New York City studio. Please allow one to three business days for processing before your order is dispatched. At this time, we ship within the United States.

Tracking: Every shipped order is dispatched with full tracking through a major carrier — USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Considered Packaging: Every order is packed in biodegradable, plastic-free, and recyclable materials — a reflection of our respect for both you and the world we share.

Staten Island Hand Delivery

For addresses in Staten Island, orders of $65 or more also qualify for complimentary hand delivery. Order by noon, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery; orders placed later arrive within three business days. Select Local delivery at checkout.
