Refund policy

At ORGANIC TERRA CO.®, your confidence in us is something we hold with great care. Every product is crafted with certified organic botanicals and formulated without preservatives — a standard that requires each item to reach you fresh, sealed, and untouched. For this reason, and to uphold the highest standards of safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.

Our commitment to your experience, however, does not end at checkout.

Should Anything Require Attention

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within seven days of delivery at support@organicterraco.com, including your order number and a photograph where applicable. We will attend to it personally and resolve the matter with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

A Note on Our Botanical Body Butters

Our botanical body butters are crafted from pure plant oils and butters, without the stabilizers that force a product to hold its shape. In warm weather — or inside a sunlit or heated mailbox — they may soften or melt in transit. This is the natural behavior of a preservative-free botanical formula and does not affect the safety, quality, or performance of the product; it can be restored simply by placing the jar in a cool spot to set. Because softening and melting are a natural temperature reaction and not a defect, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments for products affected by heat.
