Standard shipping is $12.00 for orders under $65, with delivery in approximately 3–4 business days. All orders over $65 ship free within the United States via Economy shipping (5–8 business days). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation by email.

Orders are carefully hand-packed in our New York City studio within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping delivers in 3–4 business days. Free Economy shipping delivers in 5–8 business days.

Because our formulations are natural, handcrafted, and preservative-free, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This ensures every product you receive is fresh, untouched, and uncompromised. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@organicterraco.com. Please note that natural softening or melting of our botanical butters from heat in transit is not considered a defect — see our Refund Policy for details. We will promptly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
